Customer Care Executive (CCE or Agent) Training

Skills required to become a successful CCE include:

  • Core skills such as communications, which is focused towards customer orientation, interview handling skills, personal growth and development.
  • Process specific skills such as those needed by outsourced processes such as sales support, airline/hotel reservations, technical queries, bank accounts, client services, receivables, tele marketing, and market research.

Wings provides short training modules to potential customer care executives to hone up their core skills to present themselves appropriately and find themselves a suitable position.
